These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access, installation, subscription, and use of Pocket Cinemas
TV, a digital entertainment and advertising display service operated by Pocket Cinemas (“Company”, “we”, “our”,
“us”). By accessing or using Pocket Cinemas TV, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Pocket Cinemas TV provides digital screen-based entertainment and advertising content through installed display
devices at approved locations. Content may include movies, short videos, advertisements, promotions, and
informational material. Content availability may vary by location, time, and subscription plan.
2. Device Ownership & Installation
All Pocket Cinemas TV devices, screens, media players, and related hardware remain the exclusive property of
Pocket Cinemas unless explicitly sold. Users or partners must provide stable electricity, safe mounting space, and
basic protection. Unauthorized relocation, tampering, or resale is strictly prohibited.
3. Subscription & Revenue Model
Certain Pocket Cinemas TV services operate on a subscription or revenue-sharing basis. Subscription fees,
revenue payouts, and settlement cycles will be defined in separate agreements or dashboards. Earnings are subject
to advertiser availability, screen uptime, and compliance with policies. Pocket Cinemas does not guarantee fixed
income unless contractually specified.
4. Advertising Content
Advertisements displayed on Pocket Cinemas TV are managed by Pocket Cinemas or approved advertisers. The
Company reserves the right to approve, reject, replace, or remove any content without prior notice. Pocket Cinemas
is not responsible for advertiser claims, offers, or performance outcomes.
5. Usage Responsibilities
Users, hosts, or partners must ensure that the device remains powered ON during agreed operating hours.
Switching off, muting, obstructing visibility, or misusing the device may impact revenue eligibility or lead to
suspension.
6. Maintenance & Downtime
Routine maintenance, software updates, or content refreshes may cause temporary downtime. Pocket Cinemas is
not liable for revenue loss due to internet issues, power failure, force majeure events, or third-party disruptions.
7. Payments & Taxes
All payments are processed through authorized payment gateways. Applicable taxes including GST shall be
deducted or charged as per Indian law. Delayed or failed payments may result in service suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and display layouts used on Pocket Cinemas TV are protected intellectual
property of Pocket Cinemas or its licensors. Any reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pocket Cinemas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, shall be
limited to the subscription amount paid by the user during the previous billing cycle.
10. Suspension & Termination
Pocket Cinemas reserves the right to suspend or terminate Pocket Cinemas TV services without notice in case of
misuse, policy violations, prolonged downtime, non-payment, or breach of agreement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
